Description:
The hot pressed composite film has an extruded coating surface of low-temperature molten resin, which allows the film to be laminated onto paper products through heat and pressure. Various surface treatments can increase the value of printed surfaces.
The glossy BOPP hot press film provides a shiny colored finish. Its use can improve the appearance and increase the lifespan of all laminated printed materials. Matte BOPP hot press film provides a matte finish on the surface of printed materials to prevent fingerprints and stains. Compared to glossy hot pressed films, matte films can be stored for a longer period of time.

Special Instruction:
1.It is recommended to composite the NEI BOPP hot pressed film under roller temperature of 85-110 ℃ and roller pressure of 10-20 Mpa. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the selected laminating machine.
2. It is advised that the printed surface is well dried before lamination and cools sufficiently one surface before laminating to other surface.
